LCL (Less than Container Load) installation

  Locate the first cabinet, confirm whether the LCL accessories are complete, and clean the inner cone sleeve by the cleaning towel

  Apply the grease paste on the inner wall uniformly

• 3

  Hang the earthing spring on the fixing hole

• 4

  Clean the bus coupler by the cleaning towel, and install on inner cone sleeve by rotating

• 5

  Move the cabinet to be consolidated to about 40cm at the cabinet side in parallel, handle the cabinet to be consolidated as per Step 2 to Step 3, keep the cabinet to be consolidated close to the cabinet with the bus coupler slowly, pre-tighten two cabinets by the pre-tightening bolt (long), replace the LCL bolt (short) successively upon completion of pre-tightening, and lock

  Operate the cabinet to be consolidated successively as per Step 1 to Step 6, till completion of LCL
