LCL (Less than Container Load) installation

  Locate the first cabinet, confirm whether the LCL accessories are complete, and clean the inner cone sleeve by the cleaning towel;

  Apply the grease paste on the inner wall uniformly;

  Hang the earthing spring on the fixing hole;

  Clean the bus coupler by the cleaning towel, and install on inner cone sleeve by rotating;

  Move the cabinet to be consolidated to about 40cm at the cabinet side in parallel, handle the cabinet to be consolidated as per Step 2 to Step 3, keep the cabinet to be consolidated close to the cabinet with the bus coupler slowly, pre-tighten two cabinets by the pre-tightening bolt (long), replace the LCL bolt (short) successively upon completion of pre-tightening, and lock;

  Operate the cabinet to be consolidated successively as per Step 1 to Step 6, till completion of LCL
