Paid annual leave
While applying for the paid annual leave, the
staff should fill in the application for leave in advance, report to his / her
department head for agreement and signature, and submit to the General Manager
Office for reference and basis of attendance. The paid annual leave can be taken
by stages, with the minimum unit of day. If the paid annual leave is different
from the paid annual leave pursuant to national regulations, it shall be
executed pursuant to the national stipulations.
The staffs shall enjoy the statutory holidays
pursuant to national regulations. The staffs shall enjoy the paid leave.
1. The company shall hold the staff outings (such
as spring outing in East Mountain and West Mountain, picking peaches in Shushan
Mountain, picking pears in Shushan Mountain, and admiring the plum blossom in
Xiangxuehai) at least once every quarter. 2. The company shall present a
birthday cake / a birthday gift (standard of RMB 100) to the staff in the month
The company shall buy Personal Accident Injury Insurance and Accidental Medical Insurance for all staffs.
For the staffs working in the company for more
than one year, the company will give the seniority bonuses. The seniority pay
will be granted in the wage of current month.
The company provides the opportunity (domestic or
overseas) and expenses of vocational training and education for staffs, to
enhance the professional ability and help the staffs gain the development.
Rewards of service life
If the staff serves the company every 5 years,
the company will issue the service medal and gift certificates to the staff as
Leave of service life
The staff shall have the right to enjoy the
following leaves of service life every year. If the service life since entry in
our company is for 3 years, one-day paid annual leave is added. If the service
life since entry in our company is for 4 years, two-day paid annual leave is
added. If the service life since entry in our company is for 5 years, three-day
paid annual leave is added. If the service life since entry in our company is
for 6 years, four-day paid annual leave is added. If the service life since
entry in our company is for 7 years or above, five-day paid annual leave is
High temperature allowance
Issue the high temperature allowance of RMB 200 /
month to the staffs in July, August, September and October, and execute
pursuant to the standard of local government in the case of being lower than
the standard of local government, except for the working environment with
cooling by the air conditioner.
Compensation of remaining leaves after termination of contract
After receiving the resignation report of the
staff, the company will uniformly audit the paid annual leave taken of the
current year, the paid annual leave to be taken till the resignation date, and
the leave of service life of the staff. For the remaining paid annual leave to
be enjoyed by the staff, the company will pay pursuant to pertinent
stipulations. For the borrowed paid annual leave by the staff, the company will
deduct from the final wage calculation correspondingly.
